Use the original, well-lit photo file—not a screenshot or thumbnail. Keep your pet close enough that their face and ears fill a meaningful part of the frame. Very wide photos with a distant pet can crop poorly; choose a closer photo. Check the crop and any quality warning before approving. The photo background will print as shown; background removal and hand illustration are not included.
