Hearthmile currently ships to United States addresses only. Standard U.S. shipping is free on the Hearthmile Best Friend Crewneck.

Each crewneck is made to order after you save your personalized preview and complete checkout. An approved personalized order is normally held for approximately 24 hours before automatic submission to production. Current provider estimates are approximately 1–3 business days for production and 4–8 business days for Economy transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, address problems, and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking is emailed when available. Please check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@hearthmile.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

We do not offer international shipping at launch.
