Orders and personalization

The Hearthmile Best Friend Crewneck is made to order using the photo, name, optional year, color, and size you select. Please review the live preview and spelling before saving your design and placing your order. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it for printing and that it does not infringe another person's rights. We may reject material that is unlawful or infringes rights and will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

An order is subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed fabric, and standard garment and print tolerances apply.

Price, delivery, and returns

The displayed price for the crewneck is $54.95, with free U.S. Standard shipping at launch. Applicable taxes and the final total are presented at checkout. We currently ship only to United States addresses. Production and shipping timelines are estimates. See our Shipping and Returns and replacements policies for current timing and remedies.

Site use and content

Do not misuse this site, upload unlawful or infringing material, or interfere with checkout or security features. Hearthmile's brand content and original product designs belong to their respective rights holders. You keep rights to the pet photo you provide, and you grant the permissions needed to process, print, fulfill, and support your order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Orders are governed by the terms and policies displayed when the order is placed, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@hearthmile.com for help.
