Our initial launch ships within the United States. Standard checkout shipping for the Hearthmile Best Friend Crewneck is free. We do not offer international shipping at launch.

Your crewneck is personalized and made to order. Order processing, production and carrier transit are separate stages. After buyer approval, the personalized order is ordinarily held about 24 hours before production submission. The current checkout estimate for free Economy Delivery is 6–13 business days. This estimate includes fulfillment and transit; the delivery option shown at checkout is authoritative.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, peak demand and carrier disruptions can affect timing. Please allow extra time for a gift and do not assume a specific occasion date can be guaranteed.

Tracking and delivery help
